This programme is designed for dancers aged 16 – 18 years who have a sound knowledge of contemporary dance and a keen interest in dance as a career.
This programme is for you if you want to:
- Establish a solid technical foundation
- Learn key aspects of the contemporary discipline such as improvisation, contact, partnering and composition
- Learn from tertiary tutors to gain an insight into NZSD’s unique contemporary dance training
- Deepen their understanding of the industry and discover the requirements for full-time training
The programme runs over a weekend, and all elements of the programme are taught by the members of the New Zealand School of Dance faculty.
Cost: $200 per weekend per participant
