What you can expect:
- Explore current teaching methodologies that are easily applicable across a broad range of ages and disciplines
- Learn how to integrate biomechanically sound movement patterns in your classes
- Special focus on spinal mobility, upper body strength for ports de bras, lower leg alignment and turnout
Times: 1.00 – 3.00pm | Break for tea | 3.15 – 5.15pm
What others have had to say about the course:
It was great to do something non-syllabus but still very important and relevant to training the classical dancer. Turid and Sarah were excellent and very approachable – much appreciated.
Thank you so much! For your time and energy and the collective wealth of knowledge you. I learned a lot and found some great new exercises I didn’t know / hadn’t tried before. I am looking forward to integrating that into what I do with the students.
ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE CPD INFORMATION: This seminar equates to 4 hours external time-valued CPD points.
