Public Events COVID-19 Protocol

The School hosts public classes, programmes, performances and events within the protocols outlined by the Ministry of Health and implemented by Te Whaea Services.  The current COVID-19 Framework, places restrictions on how venues such Te Whaea: National Dance and Drama Centre (Te Whaea, the venue) may accommodate public events.

If you’re attending NZSD public classes, seminars, events or performances:

  • Entry to Te Whaea will remain via the front door.
  • Mask wearing is required everywhere in Te Whaea except in the studio whilst in class.
  • Please stay at home if you are unwell, and seek a COVID-19 test if appropriate.  If you have had one test, and symptoms persist into the following week, is advisable to seek another test.
